Improved FGS Video Coding Based on AdaBoost Face Detection

摘要 提出在增强层中引入一种快速的AdaBoost人脸检测算法,定位出人脸区域,进行位平面提升,优先传输。在基本层引入基于增强层的单环FGS,通过控制重建高质量参考所使用位平面的个数,控制预测漂移,提高FGS的编码效率。 A fast AdaBoost face detection algorithm in the enhanced layer is proposed. It can position the face region and enhance the bit-plane, then transmit the face region first. Single-loop FGS based on the enhanced layer in the basic is introduced. By controlling the use of the reconstruction of high--quality reference by the number of bit-plane, the drift forecast is controlled, and the coding efficiency of FGS is improvement.
