摘要
总结我国改革开放三十年服务业发展的经验,进而探讨发展我国现代服务业的可选路径。城市发展不仅产生了对服务业的最大需求和集中需求,而且为服务业发展创造了产业规模的市场基础;商业地产商(市场业主)+分散小商户+各类服务供应商+公共服务部门的商品市场服务业模式,成为各类各式服务业发育的重要摇篮,商品流通的组织创新是扩大分工、延伸服务业发展的重要基础;外部化的经营战略促进了新的第三方服务供应商的发育成长,而且还使一部分制造企业向服务企业转型。
This paper summed up the experience in service industry development during three decades of China's reform and opening up,thus explored the alternative paths to develop China's modern service industry.Urban development has not only generated the greatest demand and centralized demand for service industry,but also created the industrial scale market infrastructure for the development of service industry.The commodity market service model,including commercial real estate merchant (market owners),scattered small businesses and public service providers,has become an important cradle for the development of various kinds of services.The organizational innovation is an important basis for expanding the division of labor and extending the development of services.Externalization of business strategy promotes the development of a new third-party service provider,and pushes part of the manufacturing companies' transition to service enterprises.
