摘要
针对DOE技术在微型汽车前轮定位参数设计中的作用,提出了将正交设计理论与ADAMS中的DOE技术相结合的方法。建立了参数化的前悬架系统模型,采用了一种控制典型工况下前轮定位角度值与理想值偏差的优化目标函数,利用正交设计方法对前轮定位参数进行了优化设计。通过优化前后的结果对比,验证了该方法的先进性和有效性。
A DOE method was applied to analyze the front wheel alignment parameters of minibus herein. An optimization objective function considering the tolerance of front wheel alignment parameters' practical values and setting values under laden conditions, and the method of combining the orthogonal arrays theory with DOE method in ADAMS were put forward. The front wheel suspension system was founded based on this method, which was utilized to optimize the design of front wheel alignment parameters. The advances and validity of this method was testified by comparing the results of before and after the optimization.
