摘要
提出一种面向可重构制造系统的工艺规划方法,首先,分析影响工序组合的相关属性,并通过编码的方法使其数值化,建立可将整个零件族内具有一定相似性的工序进行组合的数学模型及算法;然后,建立工序组合评价指标体系,采用多级模糊综合评价方法对其进行综合评价。通过实例表明,该方法可以得到零件族内最佳的工序组合方案,并显著地减少系统重构次数,缩小重构范围。
A method of process planning for reconfigurable manufacturing systems was proposed.Firstly,analysis of factors which influencd operation clustering,and coding rules were used to set values for factors,then mathematic model and algorithm of clustering for the similar operations were established;subsequently,a evaluation index system was established,and multi-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to evaluate the operation clusters.Finally,the results show that the optimal operation clusters are obtained over the entire part family,and the number and scope of reconfiguration were reduced markedly.
