摘要
目的:观察茶多酚对家兔C-BSA肾炎模型的治疗作用。方法:用天然牛血清蛋白制备家兔肾炎模型,观察茶多酚在不同剂量下对模型肾炎的治疗作用。结果:茶多酚能明显降低C-BSA肾炎模型兔的尿蛋白、血清肌酐及尿素氮(P<005或P<001),减轻肾小球肿胀、细胞增生,抑制血栓形成及白细胞浸润,修复肾小球病理改变。大、小剂量间疗效差异显著,呈剂量相关性(P<005)。
OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of tea polyphenols(TP) on treating C-BSA glomerulonephritis model in rabbits.METHODS: C-BSA glomerulonephritis model was made with N-BSA in rabbits,and observed the effects of TP on treating C-BAS glomerulonephritis model in different dosages.RESULTS:TP could not only significantly decreas urine proteins,serum ceatinine and blood urea nitrogen as compared with the control groups( P <0 05 or P <0 01),but inhibit inflammation of the glomerulus and infiletration of the white blood cells,dissolve sedimentary fibrinogens in the glomerulus and recover the function of kindey.Under the experimental dosage TP was more effective than dexamethasone( P <0 01),and there was a significant dose dependent relationship in the effects.( P <0 05)CONCLUSIONS:TP could treat C-BSA glomerulonephritis in rabbits.
