柚皮苷固体脂质纳米粒包封率及体外释放度测定 被引量:4

摘要 目的:建立柚皮苷固体脂质纳米粒(solid lipid nanoparticles,SLN)的包封率和体外释放度的测定方法。方法:采用超滤法和高效液相色谱法测定柚皮苷SLN包封率。通过透析袋法测定柚皮苷SLN的体外释放度。结果:柚皮苷在2.5~160.0μg·ml^(-1)范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.999 9)。平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为1.1%。透析袋对柚皮苷没有吸附作用。柚皮苷SLN包封率为61.3%,体外释药曲线符合一级动力学方程。结论:所建立的方法简单可靠。 Objective: To develop a method for determination of encapsulation efficiency and release rate in vitro of naringin solid lipid nanoparticles (SLN). Method : Ultrafiltration and HPLC method were used to determine naringin SLN encapsulation efficiency. Dialysis bag was applied to detect release rate in vitro. Result: The linear range of naringin was 2. 5-160 μg· ml^-1 (r = 0. 999 9 ). The average recovery was 99. 9% (RSD = 1.7% ). Dialysis bag did not absorb naringin. The encapsulation efficiency of naringin SLN was 61.3 % and release rate in vitro conformed to first-order kinetics equation. Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable.
