摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定舒必利注射液的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil C_(18)柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.05mol·L^(-1)三乙胺溶液(用磷酸调节pH至3.0)(8:92)为流动相,流速1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长292 nm。结果:舒必利在2～20μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 6;平均回收率为99.6%,RSD=0.14%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、灵敏度高,专属性好。
Objective： To develop a HPLC method for determination the contert of Sulpiride injections. Method： The Diamonsil C18 column （ 150 mm × 4. 6 mm ,5 μm） was used, the acetonetrile-0. 05 mol·- L^ -1 triethylamine solution （ adjusted pH to 3.0 with phosphoric acid） （8： 92） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml-min^- 1, the detection wavelength was 292 nm. Result： The linear range of sulpiride was 2. 0 - 20 μg （ r = 0. 999 6 ）. The average recovery was 99. 6% （ RSD = 0. 14% , n = 6 ）. Conclusion： This method is simple, sensitive, and specific.
