高效液相色谱法测定清热养阴丸中哈巴俄苷的含量

Determination of Harpagoside in Qingre Yangyin Pills by HPLC

目的:建立清热养阴丸的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为SHIMADZU VP-ODS C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-1%醋酸溶液流动相梯度洗脱;检测波长为278 nm;流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1);柱温40℃。结果:哈巴俄苷在5～80μg·ml^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0);平均加样回收率为99.38%,RSD=0.6%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective： To develop a method for determination of harpagoside in qingre yangyin pills by HPLC. Method ： The SHIMADZU VP-ODS C 18 column （250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm） was used, The mobilic phase was acetonitrile-1% acetic acid solution with gradient elution ; The detection wave length was at 278 nm;the flow rate was 1.0 ml·minl^-1 ;The column temperature was 40℃. Result： The calibration curve of harpagoside had a good linear relationship in the range of 5 - 80 μg· mll^ - 1 （ r = 1. 000 0） ; The average recovery rate was 99. 38% ,the RSD was 0. 6% （n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and with good reproductive, It can be used for quality control of this preparation.
