川芎嗪对妊娠高血压疾病患者血管内皮细胞功能和肾功能的影响

Influence of Ligustrazine on Vascular Endothelial Cell Function and Renal Function in Patients with Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension

目的:探讨川芎嗪对妊娠高血压疾病患者血管内皮细胞功能和肾功能的影响。方法:对40例轻中度PIH患者(PIH治疗组),予以川芎嗪120 mg静滴,1次/d,10 d为1个疗程。观察治疗前后血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)和尿微量白蛋白(U-MALB)、尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)含量的变化。另取正常妊娠组40例作为对照。结果:PIH治疗组患者血浆NO含量较正常妊娠组明显下降,ET-1含量明显上升(P均<0.01)。经过川芎嗪治疗1个疗程后,患者血浆NO含量明显上升,ET-1含量明显下降(P均<0.05)。PIH治疗组患者治疗前尿U-MALB和β2-MG含量较正常妊娠组明显升高(P均<0.01)。经过川芎嗪治疗1个疗程后,尿U-MALB和β2-MG含量均明显降低(P均<0.05)。结论:PIH患者存在血管内皮细胞受损功能紊乱,血浆ET-1/NO比例失调。川芎嗪具有保护血管内皮细胞功能,纠正血浆ET-1/NO比例失调,且能降低尿蛋白排泄量,保护肾功能,从而达到治疗PIH的功能。

Objective： To observe the Influence of Ligustrazine on vascular endothelial cell function and renal function in Patients with Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension（PIH）. Method： Forty cases of patients with mild to moderate PIH were given a 10-day Ligus- trazine 120 mg intravenous （PIH treatment group）, plasma ET-1 and NO levels, urine U-MALB and β2-MG level changes were observed before and after treatment. Forty cases of normal pregnancy were chosen as control group. Result： Compared with the control group of normal pregnancy, plasma NO contents were decreased, ET-I contents were increased ;urine U-MALB and β2-MG levels were significantly increased in PIH treatment group. After 10 days of Ligustrazine treatment, plasma NO contents were increased, ET-1 contents were decreased;Urine U-MALB and β2-MG levels were significantly reduced in PIH treatment group. Conelusion： Vascular endothelial cell function and renal function was impaired in PIH patients. The mechanism of PIH treatment with Ligustrazine may be through correcting the imbalance of plasma ET-1/NO ratio, preventing vascular endothelial cell function, and protection of renal function.
