摘要
目的了解武汉市区不同生境德国小蠊对7种常用杀虫剂的抗药性,以便根据抗性水平科学、合理地使用杀虫剂。方法抗性测定采用药膜接触法。结果武汉市区7个野外品系德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、残杀威、毒死蜱、敌敌畏、氯氰菊酯和二氯苯醚菊酯7种杀虫剂的抗性分别是敏感品系的2.6~7.7、3.3~10.7、1.1~2.0、2.9~3.8、2.5~11.2、3.5~5.3和4.0~6.4倍。结论7个野外品系德国小蠊对5种杀虫剂已产生不同程度的抗性,对残杀威敏感。居民家庭品系对溴氰菊酯已产生高抗性,集贸市场品系对敌敌畏已产生高抗性。
Objective To evaluate the resistance of Blattella germanica against seven kinds of commonly used insecticides, providing scientific basis for appropriate application of insecticides. Methods The residual contact method was used to determine the resistance. Results The average resistance of seven wild B. germanica strains in Wuhan against betacypermethrin, dehamethrin, propoxur, chlorpyrifos, DDVP, cypermethrin, and permethrin was 2.6-7.7, 3.3-10.7, 1.1-2.0, 2.9-3.8, 2.5-11.2, 3.5-5.3, and 4.0-6.4 times that of susceptible strain, respectively. Conclusion Seven wild B. germanica strains have developed different degrees of resistance to five kinds of insecticides, yet susceptible to propoxur. Domestic strains have developed strong resistance against dehamethrin, and those collected from fair trade markets have been highly resistant to DDVP.
