摘要
阐述了将激光扫描显示技术应用于医疗辅助显示领域的优势.针对临床诊疗中穿刺操作因病患静脉血管不清晰而带来的困难,设计并搭建一种基于双波长激光扫描的皮下静脉血管显示装置,介绍了该装置的基本原理、系统构成、关键器件及工作方式.分别从静态和动态两方面对静脉血管与周围组织对红外光的吸收差异进行测量,结果表明,静脉与其他组织对红外光的吸收率差一般不超过10%.设计散射光收集装置,解决了到达探测面光能量过低以及扫描光点运动带来的干扰问题.所搭建的装置能够将红外光吸收较明显的静脉血管用可见激光显示在体表原有位置,达到了预期的实验效果.
Advantages of laser scanning display in the field of medical treatment aided display were introduced.Subcutaneous vein display equipment based on dual-wavelength laser scanning was designed and constructed due to the inconvenience of centesis in the clinic treat.The basic principle,structure,key components and working modes of the equipment were given.The infrared absorbance difference between vein and other adjacent tissue was measured statically and dynamically.Results showed that the difference of infrared absorbency was below 10%.A unit for collecting scattered light was built.Then the problems of comparatively low light energy arriving at the detector and the interference due to the movement of scanning light spot were overcomed.The subcutaneous vein having obvious infrared absorption can be displayed on the correct position by the equipment.The expectant result was achieved.
