会计谨慎性的经济需求、监管制度及制度环境 被引量：5

摘要 本文通过对相关中外文献的回顾,归纳出会计谨慎性产生的经济需求、监管及制度环境。正是这三者之间的共同作用导致谨慎性的种种实证特征。我国与西方在这三方面存在较大差异,我国的会计谨慎性表现出与西方不同的特征,在研究上需要采取有别于西方的思路。
