卫气理论与现代风湿性疾病浅识

The Theory of Defensive Qi and the Modern Understanding of Rheumatic Diseases

卫气理论是中医基础理论重要的组成部分,很多研究表明它与现代免疫学和风湿病的发病有很密切的关系,本文通过论述风湿性疾病早期都有风寒湿等邪气作用于卫气而使卫气异常的临床表现和临床中应用调护卫气的方剂如黄芪桂枝五物汤和桂枝芍药知母汤,说明卫气的调护对风湿性疾病早期治疗有重要的意义,而且要重视个体化治疗。

Many research have manifested the theory of defensive Qi which is the important component of basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine have a close relationship with modern Immunology and rheumatic disease. The article illuminates the taking care and protection of Defensive Qi plays an imporatant role in the early stage of the treatment of rheumatic disease according to the abnormal clinical manifestation as a result of wind - cold damp pathogen acting upon Defensive Qi in the early stage of rheumatic diseases and the application of prescription such as Huang Qi Gui Zhi Wu Wu Decoction and Gui Zhi ShaoYao Zhi Mu Decoction elinically . Furthermore, attention also should be put on the individualized treatment.
