归脾汤针灸并用治疗心脾两虚型失眠62例

Spleen Tang Acupuncture and Insomnia Treatment of Heart and 62 cases of Deficiency Type

[目的]观察归脾汤配合针灸治疗心脾两虚型失眠的临床疗效。[方法]治疗组采用归脾汤(人参、白术、黄芪、甘草、远志、枣仁、龙眼肉、当归、木香)配合针刺穴位(脾俞、心俞、神门、三阴交)治疗心脾两虚型失眠62例,并设立对照组,对照组采用口服安定、维生素B_1、谷维素治疗。[结果]治疗组总有效率为96.77%;对照组总有效率为38.71%,两组总有效率比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。[结论]归脾汤配合针灸治疗心脾两虚型失眠能收到良好的临床效果。

[ Objective] To observe the spleen Tang deficiency type with acupuncture treatment of insomnia Heart and clinical efficacy. [ Method] treatment group spleen and Tang （Ginseng, Atraetylodes, Astragalus, licorice, Polygalaceae, Zao Ren, longan meat, Chinese angelica, wood） with the acupuncture points （Pishu, Xin Yu, Shenmen, Sanyinjiao） treatment Heart and 62 cases of deficiency type insomnia, and set up the control group and the control group were treated with oral administration of a stable, vitamin B1, oryzanol treatment. [Results] The group, the total effective rate was 96.77% ; the control group, the total effective rate was 38.71% , the total effective rate difference between the two groups are statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , treatment group was more effective than the control group. [ Conclusion ] Tang spleen deficiency type with acupuncture Heart and insomnia to receive good clinical results.
