中药足浴治疗糖尿病足疗效观察

The Clinic Treatment Effect of Diabetic Feet Soaked with Chinese Herbs

[目的]探讨中药足浴对糖尿病足的临床疗效。[方法]将Ⅰ级糖尿病足78例随机分为两组,观察组采用中药足浴,对照组则采用温水足浴。观察两组综合临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。[结果]治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且未见明显不良反应发生。[结论]中药足浴治疗糖尿病足安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。

[ Objective] to explore the clinic treatment effect of diabetic feet soaked with Chinese herbs. [ Method] 78 cases with diabetic feet at first stage are randomly divided into 2 groups： observer group soaked with Chinese herb medicine and contract group soaked with warm water . observe the comprehensive clinical effect and side effect for two groups. [Result] the effect of treatment group is higher than contract group（ P 〈0.05 ） and no adverse reaction accuracy. [ Conclusion] soaking with Chinese herbs for diabetic feet is safe and effective. The method is deserved to be spread and applied.
