摘要
[目的]观察穴位注射治疗肾张型偏头痛临床疗效。[方法]选穴风池穴、印堂穴、阿是穴,注射药物654-2,每次5mL,5次为1个疗程。[结果]治疗48例,治愈31例,好转10例,无效7例,总有效率85.42%。[结论]针刺注射654-2治疗偏头痛有效,无毒副作用。
[ Objective ] To investigate the point - injection treatment of tension - type migraine clinical efficacy. [Methods] selected points Fengchi, Yintang points, A is the hole, injecting drugs 654 -2, each 5mL, 5 times for a course of treatment. [Results] The treatment of 48 eases, 31 cases cured, improved in 10 cases, ineffective in 7 cases, total effective rate was 85.42%. [ Conclusion ] The acupuncture treatment of migraine injection of 654 -2 and effective, non -toxic side effects.
