个体化营养产品研制相关的基因网络技术平台研究

摘要 个体化营养与健康是生物技术产业谋划的一个重要领域,也是特种人群保持健康或增强体能需要考虑的技术问题。本研究以乳腺癌和肥胖共同的局部基因网络及其与几个营养代谢模块之间的关联研究为范例提供了初步的一个技术平台。基因网络技术是该领域的一个共性关键技术。利用局部基因网络模式方法构建了乳腺癌和肥胖的局部基因网络,这两个网络的交集与氨基酸代谢,核苷酸代谢﹑多糖代谢﹑辅助因子代谢﹑类脂代谢﹑能量代谢和外源物质代谢存在复杂的耦联。原则上依据该耦联图和大量人群样本的基因表达谱和代谢组学谱数据可以找到特定生物表型对应的营养代谢缺陷,为研制特定人群或个体需要补充的营养产品提供一个分子技术平台。 Personalized nutrition and health is an important field for biotechnology industry, and is also a technology issue for improving body energy or health for specific populations. This study provided a technology platform by analyzing the common local gene network (LGN) of breast cancer and obesity plus the LGN's association with several metabolic modules. The local gene networks of breast cancer and obesity were constructed separately and the overlapping part of the two LGNs were found linked with amino acid metabolism, nucleotide metabolism, polysaccharide metabolism, cofactors metabolism, lipid metabolism, energy metabolism and xenobiotics metabolism. In principle, nutrition metabolism aberrancy can be determined for any phenotype based on LGN-nutrition module linkage facilitated with high-throughput experiments such as cDNA microarray and metabolite profiling.
