安德列·高兹从其个体主义的人本主义的立场出发,在深刻地分析当代发达资本主义社会劳动异化的基础上提出了劳动解放的思想,认为时间的解放、异化劳动的废除、劳动与闲暇的统一是实现劳动解放的三个路径。从这三个方面着手,才能从根本上解决劳动和人的异化的问题、实现人的解放,才能更加有效地解决生态危机问题,树立正确的劳动观、消费观和幸福观。

He thought the liberation of time, the abolishment of alienated labor, the unification of work and leisure is three kinds of ways of labor liberation.
