摘要
巴西甜橙产量世界第一,西班牙是欧洲柑橘供应中心,本文通过对这2国的柑橘加工业较系统的科技考察,将了解到柑橘加工的基本情况与先进的加工技术流程在此进行归纳总结,并结合我国现状提出了柑橘加工合理化的建议。
Orange output of Brazil has been first in the world recently and Spain was the supply center of orange in Europe. In this paper, the orange processing technologies of the two countries were systemically reviewed and suggestions were proposed for the efficient processing of orange in our country.
