Thought and Analysis of the Development Status of Six District-level Public Libraries in Harbin

通过对哈尔滨市6个区级公共图书馆发展现状的调查分析,发现各区馆间存在发展不均衡现象和存在的问题,建议根据哈市各区馆的实际情况,应积极开展以总分馆制为依托,以文化共享工程为契机,努力增加图书馆硬件设施及自动化、网络化设备的建设,全面推进区级公共图书馆的快速发展。

After investigating the development state of six district-level public libraries, the results shows that the development state is imbalance among the libraries and has many existing problems. So we suggest that according to the reality of each library, relying on the total - sub system and taking cultural Sharing Project as an opportunity. In so doing, we have to make great efforts to improve the construction of hardware equipments, automation and network equipments in the library positively to propel the rapid development of district-level public libraries comprehensively.
