Study on Countermeasures in the Construction of Rural Libraries in Western Under-developed Regions

面对建设社会主义新农村的重大历史任务,本文通过对西部欠发达地区农村图书馆建设现状及发展滞后的原因分析,提出了适合西部农村图书馆发展的对策和建议。

Faced with essential historic task in building a new socialist countryside, through the analysis of the present situation of rural library construction and reasons why its development lags behind, this paper has put forward possible solutions for the development of rural libraries in Western under-developed Regions.
