The local agricultural sci-tech periodicals play an important role in the new countryside construction, while the con- struction for new countryside provides an opportunity to the local agricultural sci-tech periodicals. This paper discussed that how to strengthen the periodical construction of the local agricultural sci-tech periodicals for serving the local agricultural production and promoting the progress of local agricultural modernization under new situation.
