图书馆作为高校重要的教学辅助队伍,其团队的合作意识和精神对做好读者满意的服务工作有着至关重要的作用。尤其是在当今金融危机的情况下,图书馆也面临着许多的机遇和挑战,建立一支高效、和谐、敬业、奉献的图书馆团队更显得重要。本文正是通过管理学上的SWOT态势分析法分析了目前图书馆存在的一些内外部因素,并在此基础上为高绩效团队的建立提出了一些相应的策略。

As a necessary team to assist university teaching; library has the sense of cooperating and serving to the reader＇ s satisfaction is of great significance. Under the background of today＇ s financial crisis, the library is now facing a great deal of opportunities and challenges. So it＇ s now more important to build a high-efficient, harmonious and dedicated library team, which tending to sacrifice. The article here analyzed some factors which affect the existence of the library based on SWOT and gave some solutions towards how to build a great library team.
