摘要
根据学科馆员在我国理论研究和实践,结合笔者经历的实际经验,提出在高校学科馆员制度实施中应结合校情和馆情,要思考馆员素质和学科需求两个问题。
Subject Librarian in accordance with the theory in our research and practice, combined with practical experience of the author＇s experienee, the article proposes the implementation of the Subject Librarian System colleges and universities should be combined with the school situation and the situation Museum, librarians need to think about quality and academic needs of two questions.
