腹腔镜胆囊大部分切除术的临床应用体会(附46例报告)

Clinical experiences of laparoscopic subtotal cholecystectomy (46 cases)

目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊大部分切除术的手术适应证、手术方法和并发症的防治。方法回顾性分析近年行腹腔镜胆囊大部分切除术46例患者的病例资料。结果全组46例均完成手术,无中转开腹,平均手术时间70min,术后平均住院时间7d,无胆管损伤、腹腔出血等严重并发症。出现暂时性胆囊管漏2例。结论对非常困难的胆囊切除术的病例,腹腔镜胆囊大部分切除术是一种安全可行的手术方法。

[ Otrjective ] To discuss the prevention and treatment complications of Laparosepie subtotal cholecys- tectomy. [Methods ] The clinical data of 46 case of Laproseopic subtotal cholecysteetomy. [ Results ] All patients were successfully operated. There were no cases converted to open surgery and no mortality. The operation time was 70min and the mean length of stay was 7 day. Bile leakage after operation was found in 2 cases. [ Conclusion ] Laparoscopic Subtotal Cholecystectomy is the most safe and effective method for treatment of very difficult case.
