细胞外基质对肿瘤增殖和侵袭的影响

摘要 肿瘤的侵袭与转移已成为治疗恶性肿瘤的最大障碍。近年来研究表明细胞外基质(extra-cellula。matrix,ECM)的合成、分布及降解与恶性肿瘤的增殖、侵袭密切相关,本文就ECM与肿瘤的增殖、侵袭的相关性研究进展作一简单综述。
