某电子废弃物拆解区居民外周血淋巴细胞亚群调查 被引量:4

摘要 为了解某电子废弃物拆解区居民外周血淋巴细胞亚群比例,分析电子垃圾污染物对人体免疫系统的损伤,于2008年10—11月,在某电子垃圾处理较集中的区域(暴露组)及距该地区约50km无明显工业污染的农业区(对照组)分别随机抽取30名当地居民,用流式细胞术(FCM)分析外周血CD45+淋巴细胞、CD3+T细胞、CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞、CD4+CD25+CD127LoTreg细胞、CD56+NK细胞、CD19+B细胞和CD95+T细胞比例,观察细胞内Foxp3转录因子的表达。结果显示,暴露组人群外周血中CD45+、CD3+比例偏低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CD4+CD25+CD127Lo、Foxp3、CD95+比例偏高,与对照组比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01);CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、CD19+、CD56+比例与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果提示该区居民特异性细胞免疫功能减弱,淋巴细胞凋亡水平偏高,因而免疫力可能普遍低下。
