摘要
主要研究的钢球表面缺陷检测仪方案采用的是CCD摄像机、视频图像采集卡、计算机以及数字图像处理软件相结合的视觉检测技术。利用多个步进电机控制机械系统实现了钢球的自动下球、表面展开以及分选等功能。设计由多个单片机组成的集成控制卡,实现了与上位机通信及控制各个步进电机运行,建立了控制系统时序模型,为提高系统运行准确度和检测效率奠定了基础。
The steel ball surface defect detector adopts the visual examination technology which are combined with the CCD camera, the video frequency image gathering card, the computer as well as the digital image processing software unifies. The use of a number of stepper motors control mechanical system enables automatical giving the ball, the surface expand and sorting. The integrated control card is formed by a number of microcontroller, which can achieve communication with the host computer and control each stepper motor. A time series model of control system is built for providing the foundation of the accuracy operation and efficiency detection of the system.
