摘要
某热电厂热网加热器冷凝器水管在运行中发现泄漏,水管的材质是TP304不锈钢管,对已泄漏的水管取样分析,TP304不锈钢管的化学成分、力学性能和金相组织都符合技术条件要求。但TP304管内壁有大量的沉积物,管内壁沉积物中含有氯化物,宏观上观察点蚀主要分布在焊缝附近。分析结果认为TP304管的泄漏是由于应力腐蚀引起开裂,进而发生腐蚀疲劳。
A water pipe of a condenser used for a thermal power plant thermal network heater leaked during running. Its material was stainless steel TP304. After analysing the samples took from the leaking water pipe, it found that its chemical composition, mechanical property and microstructure all conformed to the request of its engineering factor. Furthermore, there were generous deposits on the pipe-inwall, and the deposits contained chloride. The spot corrosions distributed near the welding seam macroscopically. The reason of leakage is that corrosion fatigue-stress corrosion causes the fracture, then it lead to corrosion fatigue.
