逆向产品的数据文件检验法及其误差评价

摘要 曲线面的设计、制造和测试,是机械制造业难点,也是影响烟草机械发展的瓶颈之一,含曲线面的零部件检验,为检验中难度较高的技术之一。文中提出一种曲线面逆向产品的数据文件检验法,它以盘型凸轮和圆柱凸轮两大系列产品为例阐述其原理和应用,通过建立两个曲线面产品的轮廓数据文件校验比对,快速完成多个凸轮曲线面之间的相对偏差量化评价,用于逆向工程中曲线面逆向产品制造的质量控制。它有高的检验效率,同时能用于我国机械制造领域对曲线面产品在测量机上的精密测试技术研究等。 The design, manufacture and inspection of the surface are difficulty in manufacturing industry, and it influences the development of tobacco machines. The inspection of profile of the tobacco machine parts is one of the high technology. The inspecting technique of data files is suggested in the reversing engineering of the machine parts in the paper. The principle and application will be expounded with the disk-shaped cam and cylindrical cam; it is compared with the profile data files of the products in the reversing engineering, the relative evaluation of the profile deviation of cams can be rapidly accomplished, and it can be used in the quality test and control in reversing engineering. The principle can be applied to the precession research in metrology engineering and mechanic manufacture.
