摘要
自主创新尚未成为河南工业企业创新行为的主流模式,企业员工的观念习俗、管理层的领导艺术和企业组织结构是企业中抑制创新的主要文化因子。另外,中原传统文化中存在抑制现代企业创新文化生成的消极成分,是企业创新行为范式选择的深刻人文背景。应通过在企业内营造促进创新的文化氛围和构筑区域创新文化等措施,从企业和政府两个层面提升河南企业的创新倾向。
Independent innovation hasn't been the main mode of industrial enterprises' innovation behavior in Henan. In this paper, we discussed three cultural factors which restrained innovation in enterprises, namely, custom factor, leadership skill factor and organi- zation structure factor. Then we analyzed the traditional culture background of innovation behavior in enterprises. Finally, we provided corresponding policy suggestion, such as constructing innovation culture in enterprises and cultivating district innovation culture.
