摘要
过度、持续的工作压力不仅对员工身心健康产生危害,还会导致一系列的组织问题,因此员工压力管理日渐受到企业的重视。从人力资源管理的视角构建企业员工压力管理系统,即构建压力预防、压力控制和压力补偿的三级压力管理系统能够有效解决这一问题。
Excessive, continuous work stress is not only detrimental to employees' physical and mental health, but also leading to a series of organizational issues, so employees stress management arouses more attention by companies. Through building the enterprise employees stress management system from the perspective of human resources manzgement, it can be effectively solved. That is to build the three stress management system:stress prevention, stress control and stress compensation.
