Promotion of Cleaner Production to Reduce Pollution from Paper Industry

摘要 清洁生产是发展我国造纸工业的根本出路,年产5000-17000吨的造纸厂是我国造纸工业污染治理的主要对象,改化学制浆为高得率制浆是减少污染的一条良策。本文对实验室试验及工业化试验结果进行了分析,结果表明,采用爆破法对稻麦草及速生杨木进行处理,可以得到具有一定强度的纸浆,该浆用于配抄箱板纸可达到国家标准C级以上,同时爆破法制浆的污染负荷远远低于传统化学机械浆。 Cleaner production is the final selection for the development of papermaking industry in china. The paper mills with output from 5000 to 17000tons/a are the major polluting sources to be controlled in the Chinese paper industry. Modification of chemical pulping methods to high - gaining rate pulping method is an effective method to reduce pollution. The analyses of the results in lab - scale and full -scale experiment showed that treatment to the raw materials by explo-sion pulping method could not only keep the strength of the pulp and the products could meet the national standards, but also discharge less pollution load than that of conventional chemical - mechanical pulping processes.
