摘要
分析了水泥混凝土路面特性,提出了掺加抗折剂对路面混凝土进行技术改性的方法。采用3种抗折剂,配制出水泥用量可低至325 kg/m3的满足高等级公路路面强度要求的混凝土。各项力学性能试验结果表明:抗折剂能显著提高混凝土28 d抗弯拉强度,且使混凝土具有较高的拉压比,韧性得到改善。对早期抗弯拉强度提高作用明显的抗折剂,能使混凝土7 d就达到强度设计要求。抗折剂作为一种新型复合外加剂,只有明确其主导化学成分,了解其作用机理,才能更好地加以推广应用,发挥效益。
The mechanical behavior of cement concrete pavement were analyzed,and the method,using the anti-breakers to promote the prop- erties of pavement cement,was putted forward.The mechanical properties of the concrete with three kinds of anti-breakers were studied in the ex- perimental investigation.It is indicated that the anti-breakers can raise not only the 28d flexural strength but also 28d flexural-compressive strength ratio significantly,so the tenacity of concrete can be enhanced.When the amount of cement was reduced to 325 kg/m3,the concrete can also meet the strength requirements for high-grade highway.As the new compound admixtures,it's very important that the anti-breakers' leading chemical compositions and their mechanism of action should be made clear before good applications.
