This paper introduced the early stage status and the plan of making experiments for import of ISO14000 and related the current status development for spreading ISO14000 in Hong Kong. It is also focusing on discussing the feasible solve scheme for this daily difficulties being faced to the middle and small size enveironmental enterprises which have occupied very important position in Hong Kong's economic.
