摘要
该文结合云南某实际工程土体,研究强固剂加固土体的强度特性、加固机理,通过控制不同强固剂加入比例及试样不同养护时间,并针对最佳击实状态对比研究加入强固剂前后及试样养护前后土样的强度特性。结果表明,强固剂的加入和试样的养护都可以显著提高土样的强度,并随强固剂加入比例的增大和试样养护时间的延长而增长,但二者存在最佳状态。强固剂加固土体的机理可以从强固剂对土颗粒的填充、包裹及胶结等作用结合微结构图像来进行解释。
According to the soil mass of practical project in Yunnan, the strength character and reinforcement mechanism of adding reinforcing agent to soil are studied. Aiming at the optimum compaction state, through controlling different reinforcing agent proportion and curing time, before and after adding reinforcing agent and curing time, the compaction characteristic of soil samples are studied and contrasted. The results show that add- ing of reinforcing agent and curing of the soil samples can increase the soil strength prominently, with more adding reinforcement agent and curing time, both of them will exist optimum state. The reinforcement mechanism can be explained for the reinforcing agent to soil grain from filling, enwrapping and agglutinating etc and incorporated with microstructure image.
