摘要
基于常识作出环境问题的判断和决策往往是危险的，因为人们一般无法看到一个产品（或服务）整个生命周期的全部环节。只有坚持考察整个生命周期的全部环节上对环境的总影响才可以避免决策的主观性和盲目性。
Abstract Environmental judgements and decisions based on perceptions can be very dangerous, publics normally can not see the whole process over the life cycle of a product (or service). Therefore, only when we insist in understanding the total of all the environmental impacts at every stage of the life cycle, we can avoid subjectivity and blindness in our future environmental decisions.
