降压治疗对老年高血压患者生命质量影响的研究进展

The Research Advance on the Influence of Anti-hypertension Treatment on the Quality of Life of the Elderly Patients with Hypertension

我国拥有庞大的老年高血压人群,高血压是导致心脑血管事件的重要危险因素。随着医学模式的转变,生命质量作为新的健康评价指标已被广泛应用。目前高血压患者药物干预疗效多以血压水平评估,治疗能否提高高血压患者的生命质量还处于探索阶段,高血压的防治任重而道远,评定与之相关的生命质量对于实现健康的积极的老龄化目标也将具有深远的意义。现将降压治疗对于高血压患者生命质量的影响进行综述,为临床合理有效降压,提高老年高血压患者的生命质量提供依据。

There were a large number of elderly people with hypertension in our country, and hypertension is an important risk factor for cardiovascular diseases. Quality of life as a new health evaluation index is accepted widely with the transformation of medical model. The effectiveness of drug treatment is mostly evaluated by blood level, but whether the quality of life improved or not is under exploring. The task of the prevention and treatment of hypertension is important and faraway, so the evaluation of quality of life is of great significance. This review is focus on the influence of anti-hypertension treatment on the quality of life, so as to provide evidence to improve the quality of life of the elderly people with hypertension.
