Analysis of Causes of Influencing Diabetic Retinopathy Vitrectomy

目的分析影响增生型糖尿痛视网膜病变如期进行玻璃体切除的原因,以更好的采取手术前干预。方法回顾性分析2005年3月-2007年12月在我院行玻璃体切除治疗增生型糖尿病视网膜病变患者,总结分析影响手术如期开展的因素。结果在62例接受手术的增生型糖尿病视网膜病变患者中,12例不能如期进行手术,其中9人因空腹血糖高于8.0mmol/L,2人同时合并血压高;1人血压高,1人月经来潮,1人恐惧手术。结论空腹血糖高是影响增生型糖尿病视网膜病变患者接受如期手术的主要原因,是手术前护理和治疗的重点。

Objective To analyze impact of proliferative diabetic retinopathy vitrectomy schedule reasons,in order to taken better pre - operative intervention. Methods Retrospective analysis in our hospital receive vitreetomy in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy from March 2005 - December 2007, Review and analyze the factors that affect the operations carried out as scheduled. Results 62 cases of surgery for proliferative diabetic retinopathy patients, 12 cases of surgery can not proceed as scheduled,in which 9 patients were limosis blood glucose above 8.0mmol/L, 1 high blood pressure, 1 person menstrual, 1 fear of surgery. Conclusion The fasting high blood glucose effects of proliferative diabetic retinopathy patients were the main reason for surgery as scheduled, there is mainly the pre - operative care and treatment priorities.
