大青叶不同生长时期靛玉红含量动态变化研究

Study on the Indirubin Contents of Dynamic Changes in Isatis tinctoria L.at Different Growing Seasons

[目的]研究不同生长时期的大青叶(Isatis tinctoria L.)中靛玉红含量差异,以便更有效地利用大青叶。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法测定不同生长时期的大青叶中靛玉红含量。[结果]不同生长时期的大青叶中靛玉红含量差异很大。前期靛玉红快速积累,7月开始,靛玉红含量上升,到8月中旬达到最高值。随着叶部的生长发育,大青叶中靛玉红的含量在6～7月递增率为24.5%,而6～8月的递增率为113.2%。[结论]大青叶不同生长时期的靛玉红含量变化较大,生长后期积累十分迅速。这可为大青叶采收期的制定及品质评价等提供依据。

[Objective] The paper aimed to study the Indirubin contents difference at different growing seasons,in order to use the Isatis tinctoria L.effectively.[Method] The Indirubin contents in Isatis tinctoria L.were determined by using HPLC.[Result] The changes of Indirubin contents were remarkable at different growing seasons.Indirubin contents at early period were accumulated rapidly,the Indirubin contents began to increase from July,and reached its maximum on the middle of August.With the growth of leaves,the growth rate of Indirubin content in Isatis tinctoria L.was 24.5% from June to July,while 113.2% from June to August.[Conclusion] The changes of Indirubin contents were remarkable at different growing seasons.The accumulation of growth later period was rapidly,which provided the reference for the formulation and quality evaluation of Indirubin at harvest time.
