对新城疫病毒F基因结构,F蛋白的存在形式、裂解位点、半胱氨酸残基、潜在糖基化位点、七肽重复序列、强疏水区域,三维结构和抗原位点的研究进展进行了综述,概括了F蛋白的作用,并对其应用前景作了展望。

Newcastle disease virus F gene structure,the presence form of F protein,cleavage site,cysteine residues,potential glycosylation site,heptad repeat sequence,hadro-hydrophobic region,three dimensional structure and antigen site of F protein were reviewed,and its application prospect was described.
