摘要 [目的]开发出一种用于防治犬细小病毒病的新药物。[方法]将不同剂量的Alloferon1添加于病毒感染前、病毒感染同时、病毒感染后的细胞培养液中进行体外抗犬细小病毒试验。[结果]FK81细胞接种CPV后2 d,细胞开始变圆,胞质内颗粒增多;4~6 d后病变细胞呈葡萄串状脱落。在80%细胞产生病变时收取病毒,TCID50为10-6.2~10-6.3/ml。对照组细胞上清的血凝反应为阴性,接种病毒细胞上清的血凝价为212。对照组的8孔细胞生长正常,接种病毒的8孔细胞全部产生病变。250.0和25.0μg/ml 2个浓度的抗病毒作用较强,2.5μg/ml的抗病毒作用较弱。在病毒感染前或同时加入多肽的抗病毒作用较好,而在病毒感染后加入多肽的抗病毒作用较弱。[结论]Alloferon1可以用于犬细小病毒病的防治。 [Objective] The research aimed to develop a new drug which could be used to control Canine parvovirus(CPV).[Method] Different doses ofAlloferon1 were added into cell culture fluid before,when and after the cells were infected with viruses for performing experiment on in vitro anti-CPA.[Result] In 2 d since FK81 cells were inoculated with CPV,the cells was becoming round and the particles were increasing in cytoplast and in the period from the 4th day to the 6th day since that time,the diseased cells fell off in thyrsiform.The viruses were yielded when 80% cells were diseased and the TCID50 was 10-6.2-10-6.3/ml.The haemagglutination of supernatant of cells in control group was negative and the haemagglutinating value of supernatant of cells inoculated with viruses was 212.The cells in the 8 holes of control group grew normally and that in the other 8 holes inoculated with viruses were all diseased.The 2 concn.of 250.0 and 25.0 μg/ml were stronger and that of 2.5 μg/ml was weaker.The antivirus actions of adding polypeptides before and when the cells were infected with viruses were better and that of adding polypeptides,after the cells were infected with viruses,was weaker.[Conclusion] Alloferon1 could be used to control CPV.
