Choice Responses of Monochamus alternatus Adults in Different Ageindays to Cedar Extract

[目的]为松墨天牛引诱剂的研究与应用提供参考。[方法]利用Y型嗅觉仪,测定了不同日龄段(1～7、8～14、15～21、22～28日龄)松墨天牛雌虫和15～21日龄段的雄虫对雪松精油的行为反应,测定了松墨天牛对不同溶剂及其溶解的精油的行为反应。[结果]雪松精油对不同日龄的雌性和15～21日龄的雄性松墨天牛均有引诱作用。液体石蜡、丙酮、丁香酚、异丙醇和乙醛作为溶剂的雪松精油以及异丙醇和乙醛对雌性松墨天牛均有引诱作用。[结论]不同日龄松墨天牛对雪松精油选择行为反应相似,溶剂异丙醇和乙醛对松墨天牛具有引诱作用。

[Objective] The purpose was to provide reference for the research and application of attractant of Monochamus alternatus.[Method] Choice responses of 1-7,8-14,15-21,22-28 ageindays female and 15-21 ageindays male M.alternatus adults to cedar extract（CE）,and choice responses of female to CE dissolved in various solvents,and to solvents,were investigated in Y-tube olfactometry.[Result] The cedar extract had an inducement effect to female in various ages and male in 15-21 ageindays,so were isopropanol,ethanal and CE dissolved in various solvents to females.[Conclusion] The choice responses of M.alternatus adults in different ageindays to cedar extract were similar,and certain solvents,i.e.isopropanol and ethanal,had inducement effects to M.alternatus.
