摘要
[目的]鉴定由镰孢菌引起的苹果心腐病病原。[方法]切开受害苹果果实,观察其受害状况;分离培养病果,并对镰孢菌进行形态学与分子生物学鉴定。[结果]受害苹果果实表面光滑,无任何症状表现,内部空腔,有大量淡粉色菌丝,被菌丝浸染过的地方呈褐色坏死。分离培养后,共得到1株镰孢菌和1株节丛孢菌。[结论]经鉴定,确定苹果心腐病的病原为茄腐镰孢菌。
[Objective] The study aimed to identify the pathogen of apple core rot which cause by Fusarium.[Method] The harmful symptom was observed after cutting the diseased fruit;isolation and culturation carried on the diseased fruit,and morphology and molecular biology were identified.[Result] The surface of diseased apple was smooth,and no symptom was appeared,the cavity inside was empty.There were lots of light pink mycelia,and the place where suffered nyceklia appeared to brown and putrescence.One Fusarium.sp and one Arthrobotry.sp were obtained respectively after isolating and culturing.[Conclusion] The pathogen of core rot of apple was Fusarium solani through identifying.
