摘要
[目的]为枇杷灰斑病防治进行室内药剂筛选。[方法]采用生长速率法研究10种杀菌剂对枇杷灰斑病病原菌拟盘多毛孢的毒力测定。[结果]当浓度为12.5~200 mg/L时,10种化学药剂对枇杷灰斑病病原菌有不同程度的抑制作用,药剂浓度与抑制作用呈正相关。其中烯唑醇类、苯并咪唑类、苯基酰胺类药剂对病原菌的抑制效果最好。[结论]筛选出3种对枇杷拟盘多毛孢有明显抑菌作用的药剂,即禾果利、保利丹和烯酰吗啉。其中禾果利对枇杷拟盘多毛孢菌的抑菌效果最好,保利丹次之。
[Objective] The aim of the study was to seek good fungicides against gray leaf spot of loquat.[Method] The toxicity and efficacy of ten fungicides to it were measured with mycelium growth rate.[Result] Ten fungicides had different inhibition effect on Pestalotiopsis eriobotryfolia(Guba) Chen et Chao under concentration of 12.5-200 mg/L,and the correlation of fungicides concentration and inhibition effect was positive.The inhibition effect of diniconazole,benzimidazole derivatives and dimethomorph fungicides on grey leaf spot of loquat was best.[Conclusion]Three kinds of significant inhibitory effect on Pestalotiopsis eriobotryfolia(Guba) Chen et Chao were selected.Among ten fungicides,Heguoli was the best,Baolidan was the second.
