摘要
[目的]鉴定木霉菌Tr10,并研究其对几种病原菌的抑制作用。[方法]在形态分类的基础上,结合分子鉴定手段(rDNA-ITS序列分析),对木霉菌Tr10进行分类鉴定,并研究其对作物病原菌的拮抗作用。[结果]依据Tr10的培养性状和显微特征描述,初步鉴定该菌株为棘孢木霉。结合ITS序列分析可知,Tr10应该归为棘孢木霉。木霉菌Tr10对供试病原菌均有强烈的抑制作用。[结论]为今后在生产上应用木霉菌Tr10奠定基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to identify Trichoderma strain Tr10 and study its inhibition function to fungal pathogens.[Method] Trichoderma strain Tr10 was classified and identified by combining morphological classification with molecular identification means(rDNA-ITS sequence analysis).And the antagonism of Tr10 to fungal pathogens was studied.[Result] According to the description of culture characters and microscopic characteristics of Tr10,the strain was identified as Trichoderma asperellum preliminarily.Combining ITS sequence analysis,strain Tr10 should be classified into Trichoderma asperellum.It could antagonize tested fungal pathogens.[Conclusion] The study can lay the foundation for the application of Trichoderma strain Tr10 in production in future.
