贫困地区农村妇女职业技能培训的实践与经验总结——以陕西省安康市镇坪县为例

Practice and Experience of Women′s Vocational Training in Poverty-stricken Areas

农村妇女的教育,尤其是贫困地区妇女的职业培训对于提高家庭收入,促进妇女自身能力建设和发展,构建和谐社会都具有重要的意义。文章通过对镇坪县实施的联合国"贫困地区儿童规划与发展项目"中妇女培训工作的实地考察,分析了我国贫困地区妇女及其家庭的特点,总结了镇坪县妇女职业技能培训的成功经验。

Rural women′s education,especially those living in poverty-stricken areas,played crucial rules on improving their families′ incomes,promoting women′s capability building,as well as creating harmonious society.Based on the practices of training on women sponsored by LPAC Program（Local Planning Action for Children）,UNICEF in Zhenping county,characteristics of women and their families in poverty-stricken areas of China were analyzed,and the successful experience of women′s education in Zhenping were summarized.
