便携式农田喷灌控制器的研制

Development of Portable Controller for Farmland Sprinkler Irrigation

摘要 针对农业灌溉工程中的喷灌单元难于单独控制和灵活操作的问题,提出了一种基于嵌入式微处理器和无线数据通信的便携控制器设计方案。基于nRF2401实现了对各喷头控制端的无线信号传送、ARM处理器LPC2124和嵌入式操作系统uC/OⅡS-实现了控制器的软硬件设计。测试结果表明,该方案具有较高的灵敏性和可靠性,能进一步减少喷灌耗能和水资源浪费。 Aimed the question that the independent control and flexible operating of sprinkler irrigation units in agricultural irrigation was difficult to implement,a kind of design scheme on portable controller based on embedded microprocessor and wireless data communication was proposed.The wireless signal transmission on control terminal of each nozzle was implemented based on nRF2401 and the design on software and hardware of the controller was implemented based on ARM processor LPC2124 and embedded operating system uC/OS-Ⅱ.The tested results showed that the scheme had higher sensitivity and reliability,and it could further reduce the energy dissipation of sprinkler irrigationand and water waste.
