摘要
[目的]为沼肥应用于无公害蔬菜生产提供理论依据。[方法]用沼肥和化肥种植白菜,对这些白菜进行品质对比分析,测定其可溶性糖、蛋白质、氨基酸的含量和亚硝酸的残留量。[结果]施用沼肥的白菜糖含量提高11.2%,蛋白质含量提高20.0%,氨基酸含量提高38.0%,而亚硝酸盐的残留量却降低43.0%。[结论]该研究表明沼肥是无公害蔬菜生产用肥的最佳选择。
[Objective]The research aimed to provide references for the production of pollution-free vegetables with biogas fertilizer.[Method]Chinese cabbages were bred with biogas fertilizer and chemical fertilizer,and the qualities of them were analyzed by the determination of its soluble sugar,protein,amino acid contents and residual contents of nitrites.[Result]The results showed that the sugar content of cabbage breeding with biogas fertilizer increased by 11.2%,and the protein content increased by 20.0%,and the amino acid content increased by 38.0%.At the same time,its residual content of nitrite decreased by 43.0%.[Conclusion]This study indicated that biogas fertilizer was the best choice of production of pollution-free vegetables.
