摘要
[目的]研究活性炭和风化煤对设施黄瓜生长、产量和品质的影响。[方法]在温室田间状况下,将活性炭和风化煤施于土壤中,观察并测定黄瓜的生长、产量及品质指标。[结果]和对照相比,活性炭和风化煤均能显著提高黄瓜总生物量、蔓长、叶面积指数、叶片数和产量。风化煤能显著增加黄瓜叶片中叶绿素的含量,活性炭能显著提高黄瓜中可溶性蛋白的含量。另外,活性炭和风化煤均能显著降低黄瓜中硝酸盐的含量。[结论]活性炭和风化煤作为设施土壤改良剂均能提高黄瓜产量,改善黄瓜品质。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of active carbon and weathered coal on the growth,yield and quality of cucumber in greenhouse cultivation.[Method] Active carbon and weathered coal were applied in the greenhouse soil to grow cucumber seedlings.The growth,yield and quality indices of cucumber were measured.[Result] Compared with control,active carbon and weathered coal significantly increased total biomass,vine length,leaf area index,leaf number and yield of cucumber.Chlorophyll content in cucumber leaves was increased significantly by weathered coal and soluble protein content in cucumber could be significantly increased by active carbon.In addition,active carbon and weathered coal significantly decreased NO3-content in cucumber.[Conclusion] Active carbon and weathered coal as soil amendments could significantly increase the yield and improve the qualities of cucumber in greenhouse cultivation.
